Educational seminar
PERSEUS SA organized and completed successfully educational seminar titled: "Team Building" from 27/11 to 6/12, at the companys facilities (Zevgolatio. The seminar attended 23 employees from different sectors. Dr. Leonidas L. Billis introduced the seminar, in corporation with "AL.VI. Ltd".

EN ISO 22000:2005 Certification
PERSEUS Specialty Food Products SA, was certified to the requirements of EN ISO 22000:2005 "Food safety management systems - Requirements for any organization in the food chain".
This new certification is the most important step to the fulfillment of a total quality management system and public responsibility. Therefore it insurances the quality of the company's products, provides high standards services and handles the responsibilities towards the environment and society.
Finally, the EN ISO 22000:2005 enhances the security and quality of the company's products, the products of its customers and final consumers.

International collaborations
PERSEUS SA, has proceeded to the undersigning of commercial agreements that marks its entrance to the international market.
Specifically, the company agreed with Fjord Marin
The signing of those agreements is the procession of the collaboration with SELONDA GROUP SA, both in a commercial and capital level, and underlies a first sample of the results that that collaboration could bring.

Agreement with SELONDA SA
At 7.18.2007 an agreement of collaboration was signed between PERSEUS SPECIALTY FOOD PRODUCTS SA and SELONDA SA with five-year duration, starting from January 1st 2008. According to the agreement PERSEUS is going to supply SELONDA with 35.000 tones of fish feed annually. The agreement takes place under the condition of the completion of the repurchase of 41% of PERSEUS' share capital from SELONDA. In case that above condition is not fulfilled, the agreement will be in effect for the minimum quantity of 15.000 tones of fish feed annually.

"AquaPartners 2007"
PERSEUS SA participated on the 6th International Exhibtion and Conference on Fisheries and Aquaculture which was carried out in Helexpo Palace, from the 15 to 17 June 2007.

"New quality control laboratory"
PERSEUS chemical laboratory was upgrated significantly. Quality control in addition to the protein, fat, humidity and ash analysis includes from now on determination of fibrilus substances, a very important factor for the raw material and fish feed quality and digestibility.

2006 "A Sales Record Year"
In 2006 PERSEUS achieved a sales record supplying 53.550 tons of fish feed. In a market concluding about 200.000 tons annualy, PERSEUS is by far the market leader in terms of sales volume.

"ISO 14000:2004 Certification"
PERSEUS SA has been initially certified with the EN ISO 9002:1994 certificate. Afterwards, taking advantage of bidirectional relation with the biggest scientific centres of Greece carrying out researches and working out programs regarding aquaculture, renewed certification acquiring the EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate for planning, production and selling products referring to aquaculture. Since November 10th the company is additionally certified with the environmental management system ΕΝ ISO 14001:2004.

- Has permission from the National Organization of Medicines for production of medical fish feed.
